At No More Mortgage we understand the value and the necessity for financial planning and management.

You need a financial plan with goals and the means to get there. You need a plan that encompasses your debts, your cash flow including it's best use, and your financial future including your income needs in retirement. You also need the security of a solid plan and a way to ensure the right steps are taking place.

A financial plan is essential if you want to get the most out of your efforts to shape your financial future. A plan doesn't have to be a literal blueprint with every detail etched in stone. A plan can be a general list of steps to take with small goals to hit and reminders to see where you stand at different periods of time. The point is, you need to keep track of your financial goals and what you are doing to get there.

For instance, at No More Mortgage, our clients in our fully administered debt management plan know what their expectations are in their debt management. They know how much money they could save and when they could be completely debt free. And in this case their plan is managed for them so they don't have to do the work.

The bottom line is if you don't have a financial plan and goals you want to meet and a way to track where you are in your plan, you're throwing away money you'll need later in retirement. And you're going to spend far too much money in areas you shouldn't because you're not going to be watching your spending as closely as you would with a real plan in place.
